Jill Aldridge is a third-year Clinical Somatic Educator-in-training based in Seattle, Washington and has successfully completed the HSEC Level 1 training with Essential Somatics. After several whiplash injuries and many sessions with traditional healthcare she experienced on-going chronic pain. She researched and experimented with many modalities until she discovered Clinical Somatic Education. Since then she has not looked back. Life is good!
Working with clients to successfully relieve a variety of conditions like sciatica, back pain, stiff hips, and tight neck and shoulders is wonderfully rewarding. What Jill finds amazing about the Clinical Somatics approach to pain relief is the additional benefits that come with improvement in overall movement such as: relief from stress, better sleep, feeling calmer and more relaxed, clearer thinking, and more energy to do the things we enjoy doing.
Jill’s background includes training and certifications in brain and sensory integration, breathing, body-mind coaching, massage therapy, and meditation. She offers clinical sessions and classes in Seattle, and online movement coaching and classes.
