Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled so that class may start on time. There will be a 60-minute lunch break each day.
WHAT TO BRING
- Water bottle
- Yoga mat. Blanket or small cushion for propping optional.
- Pen/pencil, notepad if desired. You will also receive a manual.
- Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. No jeans, skirts, or dresses.
- There are restaurants, cafes, etc., nearby, but you may bring a packed lunch if you prefer.
