Neck and shoulder pain often results from tight muscles in the muscles of both the front and back of the body. In this workshop you will use gently, easy movements that will teach you and your brain to reverse stooped, rounded shoulders that can develop due to repetitive computer work, excessive driving, or sitting. We will also address stiff, painful necks that can occur due to overly contracted back muscles. You will improve your awareness as you experience the connection between the neck and the entire spine, and regain mobility in the back, neck, and shoulders.
