Kim Ball has successfully completed the HSEC Level 1 training with Essential Somatics® and is a second-year student in the Clinical Somatic Education Professional Training Program. She has been teaching Hatha Yoga for 10 years with a special focus on reducing and eliminating chronic pain.
Somatics was a missing link for Kim. She enjoys the gentle, sensible, and safe approach that helps one to recover from chronic pain and helps to improve ease of movement. This modality is an educational experience that equips you with knowledge and resources to gain control over your own body and empowers you to become more self-aware, self-correcting, and independent. It is the best medicine because it goes to the root cause and treats the whole person — not only the symptom/effect.
Kim offers private Clinical Somatics sessions year-round and seasonally offers workshops and group classes at her home studio and surrounding communities.
It is Kim’s mission to help people discover their own power to free themselves of pain.
