[B] Free Upper Torso, Face, Neck and Jaw – 3 Class Series

Part 1: Thursdays, Jan 8, 15, 22 a three class bundle. $75 (before Dec 22, $90 after) Classes 90 min + mentoring, discussion time following.

This 3 class course will help you restore ease to common areas of tension in the upper body using the gentle but powerful technique, pandiculation. It re-educates the muscles to their optimum resting length, restores control, sensation, and in the process resets the nervous system to “calm.”

Mentoring time in post class discussion: 30 min. 

These classes come with mentoring, discussion time at the end for ESMTs, CSETs and clinical somatic movement teachers, practitioners from other schools as well. Those who are not students of the work are welcome to stay, ask questions early in the discussion, and then listen in.
