In Good Sequence

In Good Sequence is a 3-part mentorship (live online) series for somatic teachers who want more flow and clarity in their class planning.

Whether you’re shaping a single class, a series, or a workshop, you’ll get tools, templates, and personalized support in a small group of just 6 teachers.
When you are more grounded in your class plan it offers confidence and structure to your teaching while your students have space to settle and explore, the class makes sense in their soma, and there’s a natural rhythm to their experience, and yours.

*Recording will be available for set time frame.
