One of the most common problems in today’s world is finding time for things. There are so many things that demand our attention – work, homelife, family, hobbies, holidays, health. It’s undeniable that we have more things than ever to pay attention to.

So what happens? Some things just don’t get done. Don’t let your Somatic Movement practice be one of them! Even 5 minutes here and there can make a huge difference.

Here are some suggestions for places you can find to pandiculate in your day:

  1. Waiting for something – the kettle to boil, the train/bus/tram, inline at the store! (try Reach to the Top Shelf)
  2. During a break at work – take 5 mins your desk (try arch and slouch)
  3. Before you get up from the sofa and go to bed (try psoas release)
  4. Before you get out of bed in the morning (try yawning!)
