Callie Finley has been involved in the movement industry for 16 years as a personal trainer, weightlifter and dancer. An injury of unknown origin caused her to stop weightlifting a few years ago and she sought out help for this overwhelming problem. After trying almost everything she could find to help with her debilitating pain, she attended an Essential Somatics® Fundamentals Immersion Course in 2018 and discovered the amazing benefit of these gentle and effective movements. She went on to complete the Essential Somatics® Movement Teacher Training program, graduating in June 2020.
Callie loves to teach others how they can regain control of their own bodies and learn to move with efficiency and freedom. She offers one-on-one sessions and group classes in Calgary, AB as well as online classes.
