Emily Konstan is a Certified Essential Somatics® Movement Teacher based in Worcester, MA.

Emily has been a Licensed Acupuncturist for more than 15 years. For many years, she had been searching for a movement modality to complement her work. Emily discovered Essential Somatics after seeking relief for her own shoulder injury. She began private online Somatic movement lessons with Martha Peterson and quickly realized that this modality would be of great benefit to her acupuncture patients.

In her practice, Emily specializes in chronic pain and stress reduction. Somatic movement classes have been a wonderful addition to her work, both for her acupuncture patients and the larger community. She especially appreciates the empowering nature of Somatic movement lessons and enjoys witnessing students taking control of their own health. Emily offers online as well as in-person private and group sessions.
