Ewan Smith is a certified Essential Somatic Movement Teacher (ESMT) working in Angus, Scotland. He holds an MBA from Robert Gordon University, is a BASI qualified ski instructor and experienced martial arts instructor. Ewan was inspired to explore somatic movements through the work of Martha Peterson after sustaining injuries over a number of years in pursuit of his passion for skiing and martial arts. He has a special interest in helping people increase their body awareness to release tensions, pain and discomfort arising from physical and mental trauma, to allow them to move with more ease, freedom and grace. Ewan offers group classes and private sessions in person and online.
