Faith Ingulsrud loves sharing this amazing practice with others through a weekly Sunday afternoon class at the Greater Burlington YMCA and on Tuesday evenings via ZOOM, as well as through her weekly newsletter. After retiring from a career in land use planning she shifted focus to her lifelong avocation of studying and teaching body movement. Besides teaching Clinical Somatics, she currently volunteers as a Bone Builders instructor, takes fitness, Nia and Tai Chi classes, hikes, gardens, and passionately continues her somatic education.
Having lived with chronic pain most of her life, she’s so grateful to practice Somatic Movement and to help others experience how “there’s no end to how much better you can feel.”
