Jahna Clark, CCSE is passionate about helping people release chronic muscle tension, pain, and stiffness and, in doing so, rediscovering their ability to move with a sense of freedom, feeling more relaxed and at ease within themselves.
She has always been interested in empowering people to help themselves and first trained as a Clinical Psychologist. She took up Yoga over 20 years ago as a way to destress and fell in love with this ancient, wise practice and has been a qualified Yoga teacher for over 10 years.
When she first experienced the Somatic Movements she knew she had discovered something truly wonderful. She was amazed at how relaxed her muscles and body felt after the movements and could feel the tension melting away.
Jahna teaches Somatic Movement workshops, classes, and courses throughout the year, as well as hands-on clinical sessions. She also offers online services.
