Kim Ball is a CCSE, Functional Movement Yoga Teacher and Raindrop Technique Practitioner.
For years Kim searched for something that would reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve mobility and strength. She taught Therapeutic Yoga for 10 years with a special focus on reducing and eliminating chronic pain. On her own journey of healing she discovered that Hanna Somatics was the missing link for her. She was inspired to help people reduce habituated muscle tension and move through life with more freedom and ease.
Through developing awareness of the brain to muscle connection, Clinical Somatic Education not only helps you to release physical tension but also sadness, fear, anger, frustration and other emotions that we accumulate in our body just by living and moving through life! The goal is to help free you from the stress and pain that is preventing you from fully engaging in life.
This works helps build confidence, renew a sense of self and reclaim personal empowerment by learning to move more freely, with less restriction.
Kim is the owner of Willow Creek Wellness where she offers 1-to-1 clinical sessions and community workshops (in-person and online). Her services are also available at a busy Chiropractor office in Collingwood and an Integrative Health Center in Meaford, Ontario.
