Kim Ball is a certified Clinical Somatic Educator, Movement Coach, Therapeutic Yoga Teacher, and Raindrop Technique Practitioner dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal wellness. Through her expertise and passion for guiding others, she helps clients move better, feel better, and live better.
Drawing from her personal experience and extensive training in Hanna Somatics, Kim enables individuals to reclaim their bodily autonomy, build confidence, and unlock personal empowerment through somatic awareness and movement.
Kim offers private sessions, group classes and workshops in Flesherton, Ontario, and at Cedarwood Wellness and The Northwood Fitness Club in Collingwood.
