Lisa Godenick, CCSE, MPH, has more than 6 years’ experience in movement and education. Her practice is based in Reno, Nevada where she offers private clinical somatic sessions and Somatic Movement workshops. Lisa was inspired to study Essential Somatics due to her kyphotic posture, chronic back pain, and leg length discrepancy. She enjoys sharing this empowering and profound method with her clients so they can move through life with ease while decreasing pain. Lisa’s specialties are back pain and sports injuries.
