Nichola Orrey is a Certified Essential Somatics® Movement Teacher based in Gloucester, UK. For more than 15 years, Nichola worked as a Master Personal Trainer, specialising in GP Referral, Cancer Rehabilitation & Mental Health.
Nichola noticed that some clients were not sensing the connection between health and fitness and how mental/emotional tension affected the way their bodies moved and performed. After attending a Somatic Movement workshop, Nichola discovered how much more she could help people gain a better understanding of their own bodies.
Working with Nichola, you will learn that you can resolve pain or discomfort from repetitive, long-standing injuries or surgery. You will learn to perform better not only during exercise but also in your daily life. Nichola offers group sessions and private one-to-one sessions, both in-person and online.
