Vivienne Riedlin is a Certified Clinical Somatic Educator and Essential Somatics Movement Teacher, with over 30 years of experience teaching movement and education to adults and children. She has recently relocated back to the UK from the Netherlands and offers both live and online classes to suit everyone.
Vivienne was inspired to take up studies as a Somatic Movement teacher to help her clients find answers to their recurring pain. She is passionate about sharing this profound method with her clients so that they can regain freedom of movement and release muscle tension and pain.
Vivienne’s specialties are Pilates and Yoga for adults and children, and other fun fitness-based classes.
