In this workshop you will learn gentle Somatic Movements that you can do anytime, anywhere, to release the tight muscles of the waist, legs, and core, and regain balance and efficient movement. Learn to connect the upper body with the legs and hip joints to align the pelvis and spine. The result will be more fluid walking, running flexibility, balance and coordination.
The movements you will learn are appropriate for all ages and activity levels. You will learn to use your brain to “re-train” your muscles to lengthen and relax, as you regain muscle control and eliminate pain and stiffness.
